• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Finance, People, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Operations organizations.
• Act as a strategic talent advisor to executives, providing market insights and role calibration.
• Execute creative sourcing strategies to engage passive talent for high-priority, difficult-to-fill roles.
• Deliver a high-touch, inclusive, and seamless candidate experience.
• Ensure data integrity and track recruitment metrics using Greenhouse ATS.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• Availability: Immediately available to start interviewing within 48 hours
• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within high-growth tech environments.
• Expert-level proficiency with Greenhouse ATS.
• Proven versatility in recruiting for diverse non-technical functions.
• Strong ability to influence hiring managers and lead offer negotiations at the leadership level.
