What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for both contract and full-time roles across technology domains.
• Partner with leadership to define role requirements and execute tailored hiring strategies.
• Proactively source niche talent via LinkedIn, direct outreach, and cold calling.
• Recruit specialized roles for Digital Transformation (Fintech) and Innovation (XR/AI/3D).
• Lead the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding transitions.
• Provide market insights on compensation benchmarks and hiring trends to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience within professional services or consulting.
• Proven success hiring for financial services technology or digital banking platforms.
• Experience recruiting for emerging tech roles including XR, VR, Unity, 3D, and AI.
• Strong track record in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Must be based in Canada.
