Salary: $112,700 - $189,400 per year

What you will do
- Lead stakeholders through process mapping and operational improvement to prioritize automation and analytics opportunities.
- Design, build, and iterate low-code and AI-enabled workflows using n8n, Zapier, and OpenAI Agent Builder.
- Translate business needs into production-grade automations, including exception handling and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
- Develop evaluation sets and run A/B tests to measure AI workflow performance and quality thresholds.
- Integrate automation into dashboards and reporting to ensure trusted and well-governed data accessibility.
- Partner with Compliance Training to incorporate AI-specific policies into required learning programs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data operations, analytics, or legal operations.
- Proficiency with low-code automation tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n) and integrating APIs/webhooks.
- Experience with AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise) and prompt design/evaluation.
- Ability to write SQL and experience with data platforms such as Databricks.
- Familiarity with Git-based version control (e.g., GitLab) for asset management.
- Must be based in the United States
