What you will do

• Own the full growth funnel, setting strategy and driving acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
• Build compounding growth loops through referrals, community, and virality to enhance developer experience.
• Deeply instrument the product to analyze conversion points and identify developer drop-off.
• Lead a high-velocity experimentation program using rapid A/B tests and sharp hypotheses.
• Unlock new growth channels, including SEO, lifecycle, partnerships, and PLG motions.
• Develop strategies to acquire and retain AI agents as a new category of platform users.

Requirements

• 4+ years in product management, with 2–3+ years of direct end-to-end growth ownership.
• Expertise in growth craft, including funnel analysis, cohort modeling, and experimentation design.
• Experience with developer-facing or API-first products in Web2 (e.g., Stripe, Twilio) or Web3.
• Strong analytical ability to build models quickly and act on data signals.
• Capability to align engineering, marketing, and sales teams without direct authority.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
