What you will do

• Lead the architectural evolution of the core platform to support scaling across diverse healthcare settings.
• Own the onboarding and activation infrastructure, transitioning from manual configuration to self-service models.
• Develop internal partner tools to empower GTM, finance, and operational teams.
• Identify and systematically resolve platform-level reliability issues to reduce support burdens.
• Maintain shared infrastructure including design systems, feature flagging, and licensing frameworks.
• Collaborate with data and analytics teams to instrument platform health and drive evidence-based product decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically owning platforms or shared system layers.
• Prior experience as a software engineer with strong system design fundamentals.
• Track record of building internal tooling and navigating complex cross-team coordination.
• Technical fluency in APIs, workflow orchestration, and design systems.
• Must be based in San Francisco and able to be in the office 3x/week.
• Strong communication skills to align cross-functional teams, clinicians, and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise SaaS with multi-product portfolios.
• Domain expertise in healthcare technology including HIPAA, SOC 2, or EMR integrations.
• Familiarity with billing systems, identity management, or navigating undocumented proprietary systems.
