What you will do

• Drive the product strategy and roadmap execution for the custody platform independently.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to prioritize roadmap initiatives and manage technical debt.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders to achieve product objectives and maintain strategic alignment.
• Identify and resolve project blockers to ensure efficient product development cycles.
• Communicate product goals, status updates, and client needs across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of relevant product management experience.
• Strong background in engineering to effectively collaborate with technical teams.
• Deep understanding of digital asset management technologies including blockchain and cryptographic security.
• Experience with blockchain technology and on-chain transactions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead consensus across teams.

Nice to have

• Previous experience writing smart contracts or dApps.
• Proven track record building 0 to 1 products for financial institutions.
