What you will do
- Conduct cold calls and targeted email campaigns to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Identify decision-makers and technical stakeholders across trading, infrastructure, and engineering teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client requests, administrative matters, and new business inquiries.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align messaging and follow up on leads from industry events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline and stakeholder information in Salesforce.
- Schedule meetings for the Sales Team and assist in moving deals through the early stages of the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Experience selling into financial services or enterprise IT environments, preferably in FinTech or infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with critical strong Excel skills.
- Prior experience with CRM and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or Salesloft.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) is an advantage.
