What you will do

• Prepare and deliver management accounts, including P&L, balance sheets, and variance analyses.
• Manage global payroll accounting across the UK, USA, Korea, Netherlands, and Denmark.
• Lead trend analysis at group and subsidiary levels to identify anomalies and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Marketing teams to manage headcount data and budgeted expenditures.
• Oversee accounting for health and medical benefits and validate vendor invoices.
• Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency and internal controls.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and cost accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic insights for senior leadership.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
