What you will do

• Support internal and external financial reporting to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Assist in preparing annual consolidated financial statement disclosures.
• Manage the production of compliant statutory accounts for the group and subsidiaries.
• Maintain internal documentation, policies, and authorization matrices on SharePoint.
• Design and implement new finance processes and controls to support business growth.
• Collaborate with the broader UK finance team on ad hoc reporting and control projects.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent experience).
• Strong experience with consolidated financial statements and statutory accounts.
• Solid understanding of internal controls and risk assessment frameworks.
• Proven ability in process reviews, self-assessments, or control testing.
• Experience maintaining structured documentation and improving finance systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
