What you will do

• Lead the preparation of timely, GAAP/IFRS-compliant financial statements and maintain a rigorous internal control environment.
• Own the selection, implementation, and optimization of the company’s tech stack, including a Tier-1 ERP migration.
• Oversee global tax strategy and manage corporate tax filings.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, ensuring a clean and efficient year-end audit process.
• Manage day-to-day finance operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), payroll, and global employee expenses.
• Build and mentor a high-performing accounting team, filling talent gaps as the business scales.

Requirements

• Qualified ACA (or equivalent), ideally at Big 4.
• Experience scaling financial controls in a high-growth environment.
• Experience leading transformation projects across reporting tooling and processes (e.g. ERP implementation, BI/MI tool implementation).
• Experience running statutory and tax compliance (incl. audit) for multiple entities, including UK companies.
• Experience building and coaching a world-class finance team.

Nice to have

• Netsuite (or similar) integration experience.
• Familiarity with the crypto industry.
