TL;DR
GTM Lead (SaaS): Building and owning a mid-market GTM system to convert $2–25k ACV teams with an accent on low-touch and hybrid GTM motions. Focus on streamlining the conversion path from product signals to multi-seat agreements and scaling the GTM team.
Location: Based in Paris (in-person). Relocation support available.
Salary: €100k–€120k + equity (BSPCE)

What you will do
- Build and own a state-of-the-art mid-market GTM system targeting $2–25k ACV teams.
- Convert inbound leads and existing users based on product signals and targeted outbound efforts.
- Manage and close mid-market deals from first contact to multi-seat agreements.
- Streamline the GTM motion by replacing manual sales work with reusable flows and AI-powered workflows.
- Track volume, conversion, and expansion metrics to make growth predictable and repeatable.
- Hire, onboard, and lead the initial GTM team (GTM Engineer, RevOps, CS, AEs) within 6–9 months.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in GTM, revenue, or growth within B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of building low-touch or hybrid GTM motions (PLG, product-assisted sales).
- Experience with end-to-end ownership of revenue outcomes and closing deals.
- Must be based in or able to relocate to Paris.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to designers, creative teams, agencies, or studios.
- Previous GTM experience at design-led companies like Figma, Notion, Framer, Linear, or Canva.
- Background in business development or partnerships at a creative agency.
