What you will do

• Advocate for eCommerce design work to business leaders and stakeholders.
• Lead design workshops and vision work for cross-functional teams.
• Develop end-to-end journey mapping, personas, and foundational experience artifacts.
• Run design reviews and critiques to ensure alignment with vision and design systems.
• Coordinate across designers to identify impacts from parallel workstreams.
• Partner with engineering to track QA builds and resolve fidelity risks.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (Visa sponsorship is not available)
• Extensive experience in human-centered design and eCommerce UX/UI.
• Proven ability to lead design workshops and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong expertise in journey mapping, prototyping, and design systems.
• Ability to analyze user needs and make data-driven design decisions.
• Experience in agile processes and validating designs through user feedback.
