is a venture-backed Health-Tech company disrupting the Pharmacy Benefit Management sector by building a next-generation drug acquisition platform.
What you will do
- Define and enforce a unified Stage-Gate process across the project lifecycle from intake to post-launch.
- Map all portfolio projects to Company OKRs and implement robust risk mitigation plans.
- Translate data from 50+ concurrent workstreams into high-intensity reports for executive leadership.
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers, establishing a culture of extreme ownership and execution excellence.
- Partner with Finance and Data Analytics to automate portfolio tracking via tools like Smartsheet, Jira, or Atlas.
- Optimize predictability, speed, and quality of project delivery across the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of project management experience, specifically within Directive or Enterprise PMO (EPMO) environments.
- Demonstrated success leading innovation pipelines and stage-gate processes.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making without direct authority.
- Experience building or scaling PMO functions and improving organizational capability.
- Must be based in the US.
Nice to have
- Experience with async reporting models to reduce meeting overhead.
- Familiarity with healthcare-specific OKRs and operational excellence (OpEx).
- Lean / Continuous Improvement experience.
