What you will do

• Define and enforce a unified Stage-Gate process across the project lifecycle from intake to post-launch.
• Map all portfolio projects to Company OKRs and implement robust risk mitigation plans.
• Translate data from 50+ concurrent workstreams into high-intensity reports for executive leadership.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers, establishing a culture of extreme ownership and execution excellence.
• Partner with Finance and Data Analytics to automate portfolio tracking via tools like Smartsheet, Jira, or Atlas.
• Optimize predictability, speed, and quality of project delivery across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience, specifically within Directive or Enterprise PMO (EPMO) environments.
• Demonstrated success leading innovation pipelines and stage-gate processes.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making without direct authority.
• Experience building or scaling PMO functions and improving organizational capability.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with async reporting models to reduce meeting overhead.
• Familiarity with healthcare-specific OKRs and operational excellence (OpEx).
• Lean / Continuous Improvement experience.
