What you will do

  • Develop strategic territory plans for targeted accounts using Salesforce and buyer intent signals.
  • Generate new business pipeline through cold prospecting, partner collaborations, and social communication.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from qualification and discovery to demo, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to deliver tailored product demonstrations.
  • Act as a customer advocate by sharing insights and goals with the product team to influence development.
  • Consult customers on GRC and BPM best practices using the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally 5+ years selling to CISOs and GRC teams.
  • Track record of exceeding quarterly quotas using the MEDDPICC framework.
  • Ability to quickly master new technology and understand the GRC/BPM software domain.
  • Strong communication and listening skills for tailoring messages via web conferences.
  • Must be based near London to align with the hybrid work model.
