Technical Curriculum Developer (AI)

Location: Redwood City, California, United States. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.

Salary: $107,000–$140,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Design and deliver labs, projects, interactive exercises, courses, videos, and code packages for developers, solution architects, and data scientists.
• Develop training code and applications for AI-driven industry solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and subject-matter experts to keep training aligned with current platform capabilities.
• Apply instructional design and cognitive principles while using content and video creation tools to improve learner engagement.
• Collect customer feedback, measure training impact, and iterate on learning content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience creating technical and educational content for developer audiences.
• Hands-on understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and web application development.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency with content and video creation tools such as Lucid and Camtasia.
• U.S. work authorization without current or future company sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Git or other version control software.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, ETL techniques, and machine learning concepts such as regression, PCA, decision trees, and clustering.
• Understanding of generative and agentic AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
