What you will do

• Design and build reference architectures and productionalize customer use cases.
• Guide strategic customers in implementing transformational big data projects and 3rd party migrations.
• Consult on architecture and design to ensure successful adoption of the hirify.global platform.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to provide product feedback and resolve technical issues.
• Facilitate technical workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering for strategic clients.
• Architect and deploy complex customer engagements as the technical lead.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (Northeast, Southeast, or West Coast).
• 4-9+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, and analytics.
• Proficiency in Python or Scala.
• Working knowledge of at least one major cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Deep expertise in distributed computing with Apache Spark and its runtime internals.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and MLOps for production deployments.
