What you will do

• Design, build, and operate end-to-end scalable data pipelines from ingestion to serving.
• Evolve the Lakehouse architecture to ensure structure, scalability, and consistency.
• Develop and enforce reusable data engineering patterns and standards.
• Build and maintain production-grade Gold layer datasets for analytics and AI.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance through monitoring and incident resolution.
• Provide technical guidance to staff and lead special projects.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and distributed processing frameworks like Spark or Databricks.
• Proven experience designing data models for analytics and operating production data systems.
• Deep understanding of modern data architecture patterns including ELT and Lakehouse.
• Experience with CI/CD environments and source-controlled pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
