What you will do

• Provide pre-sales consulting and architectural alignment for complex healthcare solutions.
• Develop reusable components, playbooks, and reference architectures to drive standardization.
• Manage the intake process and prioritization framework for new solution requests.
• Oversee the full solution lifecycle from initial commitment through ongoing support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment.
• Ensure all customer service level agreements and technical commitments are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or life sciences.
• 10+ years of experience developing technologies in the HCLS sector.
• Proven track record in solution architecture, delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Experience building and deploying scalable solutions on GCP or AWS.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Must be eligible for US-sponsored immigration support if required.

Nice to have

• Experience creating actionable insights from health data modalities like omics, imaging, or claims.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards.
