What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of integrated social and digital marketing strategies for brand-building and launch readiness.
• Manage global social media presence including strategy, content calendars, and community management.
• Coordinate cohesive storytelling across social, web, email, search, events, and PR.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Legal, and Regulatory teams to create compliant content from scientific data.
• Establish KPIs, build performance dashboards, and optimize channel mix based on insights.
• Manage social listening and crisis response processes in collaboration with Patient Safety and Legal.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in digital, social, or integrated marketing specifically within the biotech or pharma industry.
• Proven track record of managing corporate social accounts and executing integrated campaigns.
• Expertise in regulated communications and compliance (MLR).
• Ability to handle and translate complex scientific content for various audiences.
• Must have valid employment rights in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.
