What you will do
- Own and shape the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Operations functions globally.
- Design and manage the recruiting operating model from intake and sourcing through assessment, offer strategy, and close.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimize hiring practices.
- Directly lead high-level searches to ensure critical roles are filled in a timely manner with A+ talent.
- Evolve the employer brand to position as the employer of choice for top-tier talent.
- Build, lead, and coach the recruiting team, setting performance standards and fostering a high-accountability culture.
Requirements
- 8+ years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience at high-growth companies.
- 2+ years of people management experience, including scaling in-house recruiting teams.
- Proven track record of owning hiring outcomes and attracting A+ players across multiple functions.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to diagnose problems and inform strategy.
- Experience leveraging next-generation AI tooling to multiply recruiting efficiency.
