Location: Hybrid: Must be based in New York, NY

Salary: $200,000 – $250,000

What you will do

  • Own and shape the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Operations functions globally.
  • Design and manage the recruiting operating model from intake and sourcing through assessment, offer strategy, and close.
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimize hiring practices.
  • Directly lead high-level searches to ensure critical roles are filled in a timely manner with A+ talent.
  • Evolve the employer brand to position hirify.global as the employer of choice for top-tier talent.
  • Build, lead, and coach the recruiting team, setting performance standards and fostering a high-accountability culture.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience at high-growth companies.
  • 2+ years of people management experience, including scaling in-house recruiting teams.
  • Proven track record of owning hiring outcomes and attracting A+ players across multiple functions.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to diagnose problems and inform strategy.
  • Experience leveraging next-generation AI tooling to multiply recruiting efficiency.
  • Deep alignment with values of hustle, determination, transparency, and meritocracy.
