What you will do

• Lead technical execution for growth initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and marketing to improve acquisition and retention flows.
• Design and implement systems to support A/B testing and rapid experimentation.
• Analyze user behavior and data to inform technical decisions and refine growth strategies.
• Mentor other engineers while remaining hands-on with roadmap execution.
• Balance technical debt with feature development to ensure sustainable growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience leading the feasibility and execution of complex projects.
• Proven ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term architectural goals.
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks, experimentation infrastructure, and internal analytics.
• Strong product intuition and passion for consumer-facing experiences.

Nice to have

• Experience building consumer subscription or SaaS products.
• Prior experience in the fintech industry.
• Familiarity with analytics tooling such as Segment or Amplitude.
• Experience working with billing systems.
