What you will do

• Develop and maintain robust software solutions for the hirify.global Platform across the full stack.
• Implement product features for startup incorporation, compliance, and accountability.
• Write BDD/Gherkin tests before developing code to ensure reliability and stability.
• Utilize AI tools like Claude and MCP as a daily part of the development workflow.
• Handle sensitive financial and legal data ensuring strict tenant isolation and auditability.
• Collaborate with product management and design to ship high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Solid fullstack experience in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in React, Next.js (App Router, RSC), and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Python and FastAPI for backend development.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and ORMs like SQLAlchemy or Prisma.
• Proficiency in writing unit, integration, and BDD/Gherkin tests.
• Advanced English proficiency and must be based in Argentina.

Nice to have

• Background in high-stakes environments such as banking, fintech, or early-stage startups.
• Exposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
