What you will do

• Embed with client teams to understand user challenges and extend products to meet real needs.
• Develop custom solutions and integrations with payment processors, banking partners, and financial data providers.
• Build full-stack features powered by AI, including LLM-driven workflows and agentic capabilities.
• Translate user insights into actionable technical feedback for client product and engineering teams.
• Create onboarding materials and documentation to ensure product sustainability after project completion.
• Act as a technical partner and advocate, building trust-based relationships with client teams.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience shipping production software (full-stack or backend-leaning).
• Proficiency in a modern web stack including TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• AI-native approach: comfortable building with LLM APIs and agentic workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a builder's instinct with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical tradeoffs to founders and stakeholders.
• Exposure to or genuine interest in fintech, specifically security and compliance for financial data.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI features for document extraction (KYC), transaction categorization, or support chatbots.
• Experience creating MCP servers or building agentic tooling and testing infrastructure.
• Background in regulated financial services, RegTech, or compliance automation.
• Relevant open-source contributions or technical publications.
