Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 a year

What you will do

• Drive process and workflow for the Core Platform team, managing projects, timelines, and releases.
• Lead project planning, resource management, stand-ups, and retrospectives to deliver goals on schedule.
• Manage the backlog, prioritize new requests, and map dependencies between project tasks.
• Coordinate integrations with cross-functional teams and product leads across the global brand portfolio.
• Analyze business processes and system performance to identify organizational improvement opportunities.
• Communicate progress and resolution plans to stakeholders to ensure alignment with company-wide objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Expert working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, and Google Suite.
• Ability to gather and analyze data to effectively prioritize tasks and resources.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence outcomes through collaboration.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience working on B2B2C Platform initiatives is preferred.
