What you will do

• Administer and maintain Salesforce, including user management, profiles, permissions, workflows, and automation.
• Manage integrations and data synchronization between Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and other business systems.
• Monitor and improve CRM data quality, enrichment processes, and duplicate prevention.
• Support sales team workflows, including lead routing, account assignment, and pipeline management.
• Configure sales engagement tools, sequencing logic, and activity tracking.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for leadership KPI tracking.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience administering business systems or sales operations platforms.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce administration and Salesforce CPQ.
• Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo and Outreach.
• Deep understanding of integrations, APIs, and data hygiene best practices.
• Ability to build complex reports and dashboards for business analysis.
• Must be based in or able to work from Lehi, UT.

Nice to have

• Experience with RevOps processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, reporting, or data analysis.
• Experience with advanced sales automation and enrichment tools.
