What you will do
- Own the end-to-end sales process for a portfolio of Mid-Market customers to grow the existing customer base.
- Develop and execute territory account plans to consistently achieve quarterly goals and activity metrics.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with customers to align the product suite with their business goals.
- Generate a robust pipeline and drive an efficient sales process to exceed revenue targets.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and Dialpad expert for your assigned customer accounts.
- Identify and advocate for customers to join the Customer Advisory Board and Executive Sponsor Program.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in a closing sales role, preferably with Mid-Market experience.
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets in New Business or Account Management.
- Experience with solution-selling techniques such as SPICED and/or MEDDICC.
- SaaS sales background is required.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce) and GSuite tools.
- Based in Austin, US
