TL;DR
Account Executive (SaaS): Managing the end-to-end customer pre-sales lifecycle for 's Deploy/Inventory and Connect products within the SMB customer segment with an accent on detailed discovery, relationship building, and targeted demos. Focus on identifying high-potential business opportunities, driving product adoption, and providing proactive customer support to ensure customer success.
Location: This is an on-site role, (4) days a week and open to candidates within commuting distance of our South Salt Lake City headquarters.

What you will do
- Nurture leads through initial outreach to deal close and provide post-purchase support throughout the customer’s first year.
- Perform detailed discovery to uncover pain points, build relationships with key stakeholders, and understand the right products & features.
- Leverage product knowledge and discovery information to perform targeted demos.
- Partner with the Sales Engineering team to drive product adoption and speed up time to value.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
- Become an expert in 's suite of products and look for opportunities to cross-sell.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or an acceptable level of industry achievement.
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS.
- Proven history of consistent quota attainment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Previous experience working within an IT or IT Security related industry.
