What you will do

• Own the service definition, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of Rimini Manage offerings.
• Translate customer needs and market feedback into clear, outcome-oriented service definitions.
• Support the development of business cases, pricing strategies, and packaging recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional execution for new service launches and enhancements.
• Analyze performance metrics like adoption and customer outcomes to drive improvements.
• Partner with Service Delivery to enhance scalability and consistency across service offerings.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 6-8+ years of experience in product management, service design, or related roles in enterprise software or managed services.
• Proven experience managing service-based offerings with a focus on operational execution.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform strategic decisions.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master’s degree.
• Experience with enterprise applications like SAP or Oracle.
• Familiarity with application management services delivery models.
• Experience supporting sales motions through product definition.
