What you will do
- Identify and engage SMB prospects through email, phone, LinkedIn, and video.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Educate potential clients on workplace wellness benefits to support their business goals.
- Manage the sales pipeline and track interactions using CRM tools.
- Participate in continuous training and coaching to enhance sales performance.
Requirements
- 0-2+ years of professional experience.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Miami office (Hybrid: 3 days onsite).
- Proactive, goal-driven mindset with a passion for driving success.
- Strong communication skills with a polished, consultative presence.
- Ability to think critically and stay curious.
