What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of broker and intermediary relationships.
  • Promote Ignite to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and commercial expansion.
  • Lead customer success planning and conduct regular business reviews.
  • Drive customer adoption by embedding Ignite into operational workflows.
  • Gather structured customer insight to influence product roadmap decisions.
  • Support onboarding, migration, and change‑management activities across customer teams.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of UK mortgage‑market processes, broker workflows, and regulatory considerations.
  • Experience managing commercial customer relationships in a competitive B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to meet revenue, retention, and account‑growth targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret MI and financial data.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills across in‑person and virtual settings.
  • Ability to translate customer insight into meaningful action and recommendations.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SaaS, mortgage‑technology, or digital‑workflow solutions.
  • Commercial acumen and confidence in contract discussions and closing opportunities.
