What you will do
- Manage commercial, contractual, and strategic activity for a designated portfolio of partners.
- Drive strategic relationship management and regular engagement to identify partner needs and increase revenue.
- Maintain positive client relationships and manage expectations through regular communication.
- Collaborate with product, sales, support, and marketing teams to continuously improve the partner experience.
- Prepare and lead quarterly business reviews with partners.
- Identify and close up-sell opportunities for additional company products.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales and account management.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining robust professional relationships.
- Experience and insight into payment acquiring and related company processes.
- Confidence and ability to communicate effectively at the C-level.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Excellent professional written and spoken Business English.
