What you will do

  • Manage commercial, contractual, and strategic activity for a designated portfolio of partners.
  • Drive strategic relationship management and regular engagement to identify partner needs and increase revenue.
  • Maintain positive client relationships and manage expectations through regular communication.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, support, and marketing teams to continuously improve the partner experience.
  • Prepare and lead quarterly business reviews with partners.
  • Identify and close up-sell opportunities for additional company products.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales and account management.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining robust professional relationships.
  • Experience and insight into payment acquiring and related company processes.
  • Confidence and ability to communicate effectively at the C-level.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Excellent professional written and spoken Business English.
