Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK (Hybrid role)

What you will do
- Lead the full enterprise sales cycle from initial pipeline generation to final contract closure.
- Engage and convert strategic accounts, navigating complex stakeholder environments including compliance, risk, and C-level executives.
- Develop multi-threaded sales strategies to handle high-value deals and ensure long-term account growth.
- Partner with internal sales engineers and product teams to design and deliver impactful compliance solutions.
- Collaborate with international peers on strategic global accounts to drive cross-region sales velocity.
- Stay current on evolving global crypto regulations to translate market shifts into new sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B enterprise SaaS or DaaS sales within RegTech, FinTech, or Crypto.
- Experience managing 5-, 6-, and 7-figure sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build relationships at the C-suite level.
- Familiarity with the MEDDPPICC methodology or similar structured sales frameworks.
- Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from our London office.

- Existing network within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sectors.
- Fluency in German, Russian, French, Spanish, or Italian.
