TL;DR
Clinical Account Manager (Medtech): Launching new hospitals and driving organic growth within an existing customer base with an accent on medical education to physicians and clinical staff. Focus on expanding the use of to additional acute or critical care centers and driving new product introductions.
Location: Must be based within the Las Vegas/Inland Empire/Orange County region; no remote applicants.
Salary: $180,000 - $180,000 USD

What you will do
- Expand the use of to additional acute or critical care centers within the existing customer base.
- Work with the local Territory Manager to launch at new customer sites.
- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and/or office staff on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products.
- Partner with clinicians to identify and establish protocols for patients at risk of seizure.
- Submit all required reports and training documentation on a timely basis.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure successful deployment of products at customer locations.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of recent critical care sales experience OR 5 years of medical device or pharma sales experience OR RN’s with industry experience in supporting sales teams.
- Excellent communicator, relationship builder, creative & effective problem solver, highly organized, and ability to prioritize strategically.
- Ability to accurately assess and understand different stakeholders needs/wants.
- Driven & Coachable: innate desire to succeed; willing to seek out coaching, accept feedback, and apply new skills supports measurable change.
- Grit, high integrity.
Nice to have
- Start-up experience or experience working with disruptive technology, med device experience, neuro ICU clinical experience, sales experience.
