Salary: $184,569 - $248,269 per year

What you will do
- Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
- Identify, develop, and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders in medicine.
- Prospect and cultivate new business while maintaining key relationships.
- Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities for growth within a specific region or geography.
- Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow utilization quickly.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the product sales process, including new business development and lead generation.
Requirements
- Minimum three (3) years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector, directly calling upon providers in specified geographic territory.
- Demonstrated successful sales track record and understanding of buyer/decision maker types.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to effectively present to internal and external customers.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to assess and prioritize opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Ability to use discretion and professionalism as it relates to handling patient and physician information and documentation.
