TL;DR
Clinical Account Manager (Medtech): Launching new hospitals and driving organic growth within an existing customer base with an accent on medical education and clinical information. Focus on building advocacy, establishing clinical protocols, and ensuring successful deployment of products.
Location: Must be based within the Las Vegas/Inland Empire/Orange County region; no remote applicants.
Salary: $100,000 Base, $180,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE)

What you will do
- Expand the use of in acute and critical care centers within the existing customer base.
- Collaborate with the Territory Manager to launch at new customer sites.
- Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on the clinical usage of products.
- Partner with clinicians to establish protocols for patients at risk of seizure.
- Manage administrative tasks using Salesforce.com and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure successful deployment of products at customer locations.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of critical care sales experience OR 5 years of medical device or pharma sales experience OR RN’s with industry experience in supporting sales teams.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize strategically and influence change through consensus building.
- Driven and coachable with a desire to succeed and apply new skills.
- Grit and high integrity.
Nice to have
- Start-up experience or experience working with disruptive technology.
- Med device experience.
- Neuro ICU clinical experience.
- Sales experience.
