What you will do

• Respond to and initiate client service requests related to performance improvement.
• Consult with business owners and leaders to identify organizational and employee performance gaps.
• Develop and recommend performance improvement and training solutions.
• Facilitate strategic initiatives such as teambuilding, process analyses, and change management.
• Coordinate training programs using existing materials and content.
• Measure the business impact of performance and training solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four to five years of experience in performance improvement and training.
• Experience consulting with small to medium size businesses is preferred.
• Training certification (DDI) is preferred or must be obtained within three to four months of hire date.
• Human Resources knowledge and understanding of various HR disciplines.
• Strategic and critical thinking skills with strong business acumen.
