Senior Engineering Manager (Fintech): Leading the discovery, design, and implementation of solutions to transform liquidity management for products with an accent on efficient operations and scalability. Salary: $232,000 — $290,000 USD

What you will do
- Collaborate with senior leaders in finance, treasury, technical services, and engineering to plan and execute asset management suites.
- Implement and drive standard methodologies for coding, testing, and deployment to reduce complexity.
- Define the roadmap and plans for your team, influencing planning and strategy of partners and the larger organization.
- Lead and establish a team of dedicated engineers, empowering them to grow their careers and achieve professional goals.
- Lead daily team operations, organizing engineers into effective self-organizing pods with clear goals and objectives.
- Participate in code reviews and influence high-level and detailed technical design.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience as a Software Engineer/Technical Authority.
- 3+ years leading Software Engineers.
- Hands-on experience building distributed systems and micro-service architecture.
- Proficient in Go/Java and Python.
- Expertise in Kubernetes (or alike) and experience working with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS.
- Proven experience working multi-functionally with Product, Program, and other engineering leads.
