Salary: $232,000 — $290,000 USD

What you will do

• Collaborate with senior leaders in finance, treasury, technical services, and engineering to plan and execute asset management suites.
• Implement and drive standard methodologies for coding, testing, and deployment to reduce complexity.
• Define the roadmap and plans for your team, influencing planning and strategy of partners and the larger organization.
• Lead and establish a team of dedicated engineers, empowering them to grow their careers and achieve professional goals.
• Lead daily team operations, organizing engineers into effective self-organizing pods with clear goals and objectives.
• Participate in code reviews and influence high-level and detailed technical design.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience as a Software Engineer/Technical Authority.
• 3+ years leading Software Engineers.
• Hands-on experience building distributed systems and micro-service architecture.
• Proficient in Go/Java and Python.
• Expertise in Kubernetes (or alike) and experience working with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS.
• Proven experience working multi-functionally with Product, Program, and other engineering leads.
