TL;DR
Executive Engagement Lead (AI): Leading engagement strategy with strategic international accounts and partners with an accent on C‑level interactions, shaping account-stakeholder strategy, and triaging requests for executive time. Focus on preparing and joining flagship customer and partner meetings and events, accompanying senior leaders to strategic engagements, and delivering white‑glove prep.
Location: London, UK. Currently, staff are expected to be in one of the offices at least 25% of the time.
Salary: £120,000 - £170,000 GBP

What you will do
- Own the strategic international account and partner tiering for executive engagement.
- Triage inbound executive requests across all levels, including CEO and Founders.
- Develop a framework and process to effectively engage Technical Execs with customer engagements at HQ and abroad.
- Prepare, attend, and follow up on executive engagements, producing concise briefing packs and facilitating meeting outcomes.
- Coordinate executive presence at first‑ and third‑party events with Marketing, Events, GTM, and Regional teams.
- Deliver action registers and CRM updates, owning next steps and handoffs to Sales/Product/CS and tracking progress to success criteria.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years operating as an executive engagement lead, or strategic account program owner at an enterprise software/cloud company.
- Have a proven track record preparing, briefing, and accompanying senior executives in high‑stakes customer contexts.
- Demonstrate exceptional judgment and gatekeeping instincts to protect executive time.
- Bring operational excellence: experience building runbooks/playbooks, briefing templates, meeting facilitation, CRM ownership (Salesforce or equivalent), SLA design, and cadence management.
- Are polished in written and verbal communication; able to synthesize complex topics into one‑page memos and CXO‑ready briefing packs.
- Are willing to travel internationally with high frequency as needed.
Nice to have
- Experience in an Office of the CEO/President or supporting senior executives at a large enterprise tech company.
- Background supporting international accounts and managing cross‑market/time‑zone complexity.
- Experience designing VIP/concierge experiences and running executive roundtables.
- Familiarity with AI/cloud product landscapes and commercial levers for enterprise adoption.
