Location: Must be based in London or able to reach London easily. Role is hybrid, requiring office presence and up to 25% travel.
Compensation: £215,000 – £230,000 OTE + Equity.

What you will do
- Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract closure for large strategic accounts in EMEA.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Develop compelling product presentations, business cases, and proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Define and refine regional sales processes and strategies for the UK and broader EMEA market.
- Consistently meet or exceed aggressive sales quotas and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise-level SaaS software sales with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
- Expertise in negotiating and executing complex multi-year enterprise agreements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills tailored for C-suite interaction.
- Ability to articulate both technical AI capabilities and financial value to stakeholders.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.
- Capacity to be in the London office frequently and at short notice.
