TL;DR

Strategic Sales Director (AI): Driving market expansion and high-value strategic partnerships within EMEA with an accent on enterprise-level SaaS sales and complex agreement structuring. Focus on identifying customer business challenges, evangelizing AI-driven contact center solutions, and orchestrating cross-functional teams to close high-impact deals.

Location: Must be based in London or able to reach London easily. Role is hybrid, requiring office presence and up to 25% travel.

Compensation: £215,000 – £230,000 OTE + Equity.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract closure for large strategic accounts in EMEA.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Develop compelling product presentations, business cases, and proposals tailored to customer needs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Define and refine regional sales processes and strategies for the UK and broader EMEA market.
  • Consistently meet or exceed aggressive sales quotas and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise-level SaaS software sales with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
  • Expertise in negotiating and executing complex multi-year enterprise agreements.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills tailored for C-suite interaction.
  • Ability to articulate both technical AI capabilities and financial value to stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.
  • Capacity to be in the London office frequently and at short notice.
