What you will do

  • Proactively own and execute strategic ABM outbound prospecting campaigns targeting Enterprise and Strategic accounts.
  • Multi-thread into target accounts to build relationships across multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Maintain a high volume of quality activity, including 80+ calls per day.
  • Book qualified meetings that convert into pipeline for Account Executives.
  • Leverage AI-powered sales tools to enhance prospecting efficiency and personalize outreach at scale.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing to meticulously execute coordinated sales plays and outbound campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in an outbound prospecting role.
  • Experience executing multi-touch, multi-threaded ABM strategies.
  • A highly motivated, self-starter attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Demonstrated ability or strong curiosity to leverage AI and modern sales technology.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
  • Fluent English (a second language is a plus).
