TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (AI): Driving strategic sales growth within the EMEA region by targeting F1000 organizations and articulating the value of AI-powered contact center solutions. Focus on managing complex, high-value enterprise sales cycles, building executive-level relationships, and shaping the regional sales strategy from the UK.

Location: Must be based in London or able to reach London easily, with up to 25% travel expected.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end sales experience, from initial prospecting to closing complex enterprise contracts.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives.
  • Design tailored product presentations, business cases, and proposals for large-scale enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to enhance customer experience.
  • Develop deep expertise in the Contact Center market and hirify.global's unique competitive differentiators.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of hitting quotas.
  • Expertise in negotiating, structuring, and executing complex, multi-stakeholder agreements.
  • Ability to articulate technical and financial value to C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills tailored for executive audiences.
  • Ability to be in London easily, often at short notice.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.
