What you will do
- Own the end-to-end sales experience, from initial prospecting to closing complex enterprise contracts.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives.
- Design tailored product presentations, business cases, and proposals for large-scale enterprise clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to enhance customer experience.
- Develop deep expertise in the Contact Center market and 's unique competitive differentiators.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of hitting quotas.
- Expertise in negotiating, structuring, and executing complex, multi-stakeholder agreements.
- Ability to articulate technical and financial value to C-level stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills tailored for executive audiences.
- Ability to be in London easily, often at short notice.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.
