What you will do
- Lead the global acquisition strategy and roadmap to generate high-quality inbound leads from prospective ClassPass partners.
- Design and manage paid and organic campaigns across key channels, using data to continuously test, optimize, and improve performance.
- Own and evolve the inbound partner acquisition funnel, ensuring a seamless journey from first touch to signed partner.
- Partner with Sales, Product, CRO, and Creative teams to align marketing and business objectives and ensure seamless handoffs across the partner motion.
- Forecast and manage budgets, analyze performance data, and make informed recommendations to maximize ROI.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline reporting, accelerate campaign optimization, and continuously improve how the team works.
Requirements
- Proven success leading digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Deep experience managing budgets and exceeding lead-generation and acquisition targets.
- Strong command of marketing metrics and financial levers, including LTV, CAC, tCPA, and ROAS.
- Skilled in A/B testing, data modelling, and campaign optimization for continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
- Experience using marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) to track and optimize the customer journey.
