What you will do
- Project manage the delivery of a learning curriculum comprising multiple overlapping workstreams.
- Design, deliver, and embed ’s Challenger sales and CSM methodology through blended learning pathways.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to front-line managers and seniors leaders.
- Leverage learning technologies and enablement tools to deliver just-in-time learning, digitise assets, and drive efficiency and scalability across sales support initiatives.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in sales throughout their career.
- Certification in coaching or a strong background in effectively coaching sales performance improvement and implementing change.
- Expertise in integrating adult learning and instructional design principles into sales training.
- Possess strong skills in project management and stakeholder management.
- Has a bias for action, is agile and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously to effectively meet the dynamic needs of the sales organization.
- Has experience embracing data and technology to deliver learning effectiveness.
