TL;DR

Sales Training Specialist II: Designing and delivering sales training content across blended learning channels with an accent on Challenger sales and CSM methodology. What you will do

  • Project manage the delivery of a learning curriculum comprising multiple overlapping workstreams.
  • Design, deliver, and embed hirify.global’s Challenger sales and CSM methodology through blended learning pathways.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to front-line managers and seniors leaders.
  • Leverage learning technologies and enablement tools to deliver just-in-time learning, digitise assets, and drive efficiency and scalability across sales support initiatives.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in sales throughout their career.
  • Certification in coaching or a strong background in effectively coaching sales performance improvement and implementing change.
  • Expertise in integrating adult learning and instructional design principles into sales training.
  • Possess strong skills in project management and stakeholder management.
  • Has a bias for action, is agile and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously to effectively meet the dynamic needs of the sales organization.
  • Has experience embracing data and technology to deliver learning effectiveness.
