TL;DR
SDR Team Leader (Sales): Leading and supporting a team of outbound SDRs in the UKI region, coaching them to develop skills, generate pipeline, and achieve targets. Focus on continuous skill development, designing engaging training, and driving operational excellence to maximize impact.
Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, must be based within commuting distance of the Barcelona hub. This role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs. Relocation support is available.

What you will do
- Lead and support a team of up to 8 Outbound SDRs, conducting weekly 1:1s and setting development goals.
- Coach and mentor team members, focusing on continuous skill development and identifying training needs.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions, including role-plays and pitch simulations.
- Collaborate with SDR Managers and internal stakeholders to create effective playbooks and scripts.
- Drive operational excellence by improving processes and ensuring data accuracy.
- Foster cross-functional communication with Sales, aligning on goals and strategies.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in outbound sales/sales development, managing the full sales cycle.
- Business fluency in English and/or working knowledge of the business culture in the UK and Ireland.
- Passionate about coaching and developing junior talent.
- Clear communicator with the ability to break down complex ideas.
- Organized and focused, prioritizing energy to maximize results.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence.
