Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: 3 days in office)

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Mid-Market Account Managers.
  • Execute growth strategies across a portfolio of global accounts to unlock revenue.
  • Oversee pipeline health, deal strategy, and operational metrics in partnership with RevOps.
  • Build relationships with senior client stakeholders to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to influence roadmap and service solutions.
  • Ensure consistent execution of sales practices and customer lifecycle management.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in London, UK
  • 3+ years of Mid-Market sales or CSM experience with a track record of growth.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or Customer Success.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams and talent development.
  • Strong background in HR consulting, leadership development, or L&D.
  • Proficiency with sales systems such as Salesforce.
  • Fluent in English.
