Hr Generalist

TL;DR

HR Generalist: Supporting the Americas Region by implementing HR programs, policies, and initiatives with employees with an accent on talent management, performance management, and employee relations. Focus on building relationships with leaders and employees, ensuring compliance, and assisting with the performance improvement process.

Location: Onsite - Austin, TX, USA

Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package

What you will do

• Work with HR Business Partners to implement programs, policies, and initiatives.
• Build relationships with leaders and employees to facilitate effective communication and relations.
• Produce regular reports to quantify people business metrics.
• Assist with the delivery of the Performance Improvement Process.
• Partner with HR Operations and Total Rewards to advise employees on people-related questions.
• Develop and support programs and initiatives, including supporting hirify.global’s Culture and Values.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting teams of 500+ employees.
• Experience guiding Leaders through the performance management process.
• Proficiency with Excel and other reporting tools.
• Experience supporting remote workers.
• Knowledge of employment legislation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday, Google Apps, Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
• Experience in a growing, global software environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to cope with pressure maintaining a high standard of deliverables.
• Experience using AI
