Junior Account Executive (AI Agents)

TL;DR

Junior Account Executive (AI Agents): Finding and demonstrating AI agent solutions to individual businesses with an accent on building relationships and closing deals. Focus on consultative selling, nurturing leads, and driving AI transformation in local markets.

Location: Fully remote, but must be based in a major metro area.

Salary: $60,000 base + uncapped bonus.

What you will do

• Attend 3-5 business events per week to build relationships and generate leads.
• Demo Cora's AI agent products to small business owners and founders.
• Nurture leads from initial conversations to signed contracts.
• Sell Cora's suite of AI products, including Team Brains, Brain Boot, and AI Transformation.
• Sell hirify.global workflow automation solutions where appropriate.

Requirements

• Active user of AI tools (Claude Code preferred).
• 1-3 years in sales, business development, partnerships, or community building.
• Located in a major metro area.
• Willing to attend 3-5 business events per week, including evenings.
• Comfortable with consultative selling across deal sizes from $2K to $20K+/month.
• Self-directed and comfortable working autonomously.
