What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals.
  • Lead consultative discovery calls and demos for technical, security, and engineering stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel outbound prospecting strategies to generate pipeline.
  • Collaborate with founders and leadership to build and iterate on the go-to-market playbook.
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear business value and ROI for customers.
  • Influence product direction and positioning through direct market feedback.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in mid-market environments.
  • Proven track record of hitting annual quotas between $500K and $2M+.
  • Experience managing deals with ACV between $10K–$100K.
  • Strong self-generation skills for pipeline building via outbound outreach.
  • Ability to sell to technical buyers, including security and engineering teams.
  • Comfort working in early-stage environments with ambiguity and a builder mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling security, identity, privacy, or developer-focused products.
  • Previous experience at Series A or Series B startups.
  • Existing network within security, engineering, or IT sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in building sales processes or GTM strategies from scratch.
