What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals.
- Lead consultative discovery calls and demos for technical, security, and engineering stakeholders.
- Develop and execute multi-channel outbound prospecting strategies to generate pipeline.
- Collaborate with founders and leadership to build and iterate on the go-to-market playbook.
- Translate complex product capabilities into clear business value and ROI for customers.
- Influence product direction and positioning through direct market feedback.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in mid-market environments.
- Proven track record of hitting annual quotas between $500K and $2M+.
- Experience managing deals with ACV between $10K–$100K.
- Strong self-generation skills for pipeline building via outbound outreach.
- Ability to sell to technical buyers, including security and engineering teams.
- Comfort working in early-stage environments with ambiguity and a builder mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience selling security, identity, privacy, or developer-focused products.
- Previous experience at Series A or Series B startups.
- Existing network within security, engineering, or IT sectors.
- Demonstrated success in building sales processes or GTM strategies from scratch.
