TL;DR

Location: Remote US

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives to understand customer needs and develop a strategy to position hirify.global’s solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations tailored to the business needs of existing and prospective customers.
  • Lead technical discussions around enterprise architecture including integration strategies.
  • Work closely and collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, marketing, and customer success.
  • Prepare and communicate responses to RFPs.
  • Support Marketing events including webinars, conferences and trade shows.

Requirements

  • Sales Partnership: Partner with Account Executives and Senior SEs to identify customer needs and learn how to position hirify.global’s solutions effectively.
  • Presentation Support: Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the specific goals of prospective customers.
  • Product Mastery: Develop a deep functional knowledge of the hirify.global platform to skillfully answer product questions throughout the sales cycle.
  • Discovery & Strategy: Participate in discovery sessions to uncover client "pain points" and assist in building the technical strategy for accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Sales, Product Management, Engineering, professional services, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless experience for the client.
  • Technical Documentation: Support the sales process by preparing high-quality responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and security questionnaires.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in the hospitality or restaurant industry (front or back of house).
  • Exposure to Inventory Management, ERP, LMS, or operations execution solutions.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, integration methodologies, or cloud infrastructure, or IT security.
  • Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or internship-level sales environment.
