About the Role

You will nurture and expand the financial partner ecosystem, serving as the primary point of contact for banking partners, payment providers, and financial institutions. You will select and onboard partners, negotiate and finalise contracts, monitor partner performance, resolve partner issues with internal teams, advocate product features, and gather market and regulatory intelligence to inform partnership strategy.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years proven experience in fintech or crypto partnerships
• Deep experience collaborating with industry partners and an established network in your geography
• Experience structuring and finalising commercial deals
• Ability to manage complex internal and external stakeholder requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication and persuasion skills
• Proven experience managing and coordinating complex cross-functional projects

• Select partners that enable the product roadmap
• Manage relationships with strategic financial partners
• Monitor and analyse partner performance
• Negotiate and finalise contracts and agreements
• Advocate product features and educate partners
• Resolve partner issues by coordinating internal teams
